Sign up to a Distribution Agreement and have the ability to maintain rates and availability for specific clients but also open availability to all companies, portals and agencies using the system. Once connected you can expand your visibility further by adding some additional tools from our Distribution Suite.

Webconnect

All you need is an internet connection. Once your hotel is setup you can easily manage online availability and rates to the network. You can maintain a full range of rate types: rack, corporate negotiated, agency, best-rate and promotional. Opening and closing availability is easily done via a one-page panel but you can also control whether availability is on free-sale or as an allocation with or without a release date. When reservations are made you receive notification by fax or email and full details are available in the system.

MyFidelio ORS

Users of MyFidelio Opera Reservation System can connect to the network by opening an additional channel on the MyFidelio interface.

Webconnect Service Interface

An XML interface to any property management system (PMS). It is OTA compliant and can be functional with minimal development by the PMS provider.

Central Reservation Interface

Major hotel chains are now linking directly to the network using the Central Reservation Interface. A tried and tested option, chains can connect and centrally manage all hotels into the network.

All of the above options will connect your hotel or chain into the RoomTrust and Hotelzon network. Connecting with WebConnect also opens the possibility of extending your reach into all major GDS and ADS.
