Once the rooms are contracted you have the choice of letting us manage your room allocations or managing them yourself with our room-block management system. Our system provides an administrative login for group organisers where rooms, key dates and names can be managed. It also provides an online login for delegate self-booking. Rooming lists can be run or printed at any time and 'connected hotels' have direct access to view the status of their room allocations.

RoomTrust also provides assistance in setting up online delegate registration which can be used in tandem with the room-block management system. We can provide you with an integrated and branded online registration and hotel booking site for delegates, where break-out sessions and social events can also be pre-selected.
